Growing up in Park City, Utah, Jossi was introduced to skiing at age 4 by his “ski bum” parents and has made the sport his priority ever since. “At first I just really enjoyed skiing,” says Joss. “When I realized it was a possibility to make it a career out of it, it instantly became my goal.” Park City didn’t lack in inspiration, as Joss was influenced by Oakley teammates Tanner Hall and Pep Fujas. He was constantly pushed by good friend and Oakley teammate Alex Schlopy. In the latest “TnT” episode, the boys stomp through Mammoth Mountain and charge through the woods of Blackomb.     Oakley big mountain skier Andreas Fransson continues his world travels on a train from Chamonix to Marécottes backcoutry in Switzerland. He spends a night in a high elevation hut, has a good dinner and then continues his quest the next day. Heading out on foot and skis, Andreas fights the tough snow conditions and shows that ultimately smart decisions can turn a sour day into a safe and happy ending, stating “It was simply too dangerous to continue. It’s not the most fun thing to do, to turn around from a great ski. But no ski is worth dying for.”

    During this year’s Winter X Games Tignes, Swiss up-and-comer Kai Mahler spent some time at Oakley ValPark, which was located just 10 minutes away from the X Games course.
